With over 10 years of teaching experience, Sofia brings precision and energy to every session. She specializes in Reformer Pilates and is passionate about helping clients improve their posture, core stability, and body awareness.
Certified in prenatal and postnatal Pilates, she focuses on safe, restorative movements that help mothers strengthen their core, relieve tension, and reconnect with their bodies during and after pregnancy.
Daniel combines Pilates with functional training principles to help clients move better and feel stronger. He specializes in injury rehabilitation and works closely with individuals recovering from back pain, joint issues, or sports injuries.
